Douglas S. Gregory has over 33 years’ experience practicing law and providing litigation and transactional representation to his clients in the areas of health care, medical device litigation, medical malpractice defense, complex commercial litigation matters, business transactional and corporate law, real property, trusts and estates, real estate and construction litigation. Gregory has served as legal counsel and advisor to a variety of public and private companies and individuals.
Beginning his career at a large law firm, Gregory formed his own firm in 1991 and established a boutique litigation practice focusing on the representation of medical device manufacturers, health care providers, landlords, and a variety of other businesses, large and small. Gregory often serves as outside general counsel handling business transactions and litigation for companies with significant legal needs who did not employ an in-house counsel staff.
Gregory has represented local, national, and international clients throughout the State of Florida and nationally, including Massachusetts, California, Texas, and Louisiana. Gregory has handled litigation, appellate, and transactional matters in both state and federal courts.
