Levi Grahm Weinstein joined Bleakley, Bavol, Denman & Grace in 2022 after serving the State of Florida as a public defender. During his time at the Public Defender’s Office, Levi gained extensive litigation, courtroom, and jury trial experience. Through rigorous investigation, motion practice, client communication, and effective story telling in trial, Levi represented the most unserved portions of Florida’s population. Levi now uses those investigative and litigation skills to serve the firm’s workers compensation clients.
Levi completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, and legal studies at NOVA Southeastern University, where he earned his juris doctor. During his time in law school, Levi served as president of the Jewish Law Student Association.
Levi lives in Tampa, Florida. Outside of the office, he enjoys meditation, podcasting, and running.
