Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace is pleased to announce that Skylar Nocita and

Alyssa Weiss have joined the firm as Associate Attorneys. Nocita and Weiss were previously employed through the firm’s 2020 summer associate program.

Mr. Nocita, a Tampa Bay native, earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, followed by his Juris Doctoral degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he was a member of the Florida Moot Court. His accolades include the “Book Award” in

Privacy Law, serving as the Student Works Editor for the Florida Journal of International Law, and teaching assistant in Trial Practice. His focus is on civil litigation, workers’ compensation defense, and appellate matters.

 

Ms. Weiss is originally from Broward County and received her Bachelor of Science in Journalism, magnum cum laude, from the University of Florida. She completed her Juris Doctoral degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law as a member of the Jewish Law Student Union, Law Association for Women, and member of the Gator Team Child Juvenile Law Clinic where she represented a 12-year girl throughout her adoption process. This led to her work in guardianship litigation, trust and probate litigation, and general litigation.
