Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace, a 20-attorney law firm in North Tampa, Florida, seeks a highly experienced, trained, and motivated paralegal with managerial and/or supervising experience to lead the firm’s legal staff with day-to-day responsibilities of hiring, training, motivating, retaining, and improving its productivity, organization, and case management. Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience handling a broad range of different practice areas. Experience working with Caret (formerly known as Zola Suite) case management software is preferred but not necessary. The salary range for this position is $80,000 – 85,000 plus bonus and benefits.

In 2008 our firm moved from downtown Tampa to a serene campus setting in the Carrollwood neighborhood just north of Tampa. Moving closer to where many of our local clients work and live, we provide a comfortable, convenient, and easy access for clients to meet our lawyers, in person, without having to battle heavy traffic and parking congestion. We are eager to put our decades of legal experience to work for you.
Located in a college campus type setting surrounded by 200-year-old oak trees and situated amongst several lakes and ponds, interaction with wildlife occurs on a daily basis. BBDG’s home includes a grand atrium used for continuing education, community events, social gatherings, and work meetings. The BBDG office also includes two video conference rooms and a large comfortable board room. For employees seeking a break from the daily routine may take the quarter mile walking path around the pond for some needed mid-day exercise, or enjoy the large outdoor porch on comfortable days.
