Christina C. Hebert joined Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace in January 2006, bringing ten years of legal experience working with a small Tampa firm. Ms. Hebert has continued to focus her practice in the areas of contracts, corporate and business law, securities, and estate planning and probate.
Born in Daytona Beach, Florida, Ms. Hebert is a native Floridian. She attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, where she received her Bachelor of Science, with High Honors, in Accounting in 1992. Ms. Hebert continued her education at the University of Florida College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor graduating with Honors in 1995. During law school, Ms. Hebert was a Legal Research and Writing Teacher’s Assistant, the Chairperson of the College of Law’s Honor Code Committee, and a member of the John Marshall Bar Association. She is a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
Currently, Ms. Hebert is a member of the Hillsborough County and American Bar Associations, the Florida Bar, and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Sections of both the Hillsborough County and Florida Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Hebert is also a member of the Hillsborough County Association of Women Lawyers and the North Suncoast Estate Planning Council. In addition, Ms. Hebert authored the chapter, Dissolution, in the first edition of the LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES IN FLORIDA, a Florida Bar CLE Manual published in 2004.
An avid golfer, Ms. Hebert is a member of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Tampa Bay Florida Chapter (Golf Events Committee Co-chair 2005 – 2008). Ms. Hebert is married with two sons and daughter and lives in Land O’ Lakes, Florida.
