Duncan J. Hubbard
About
Duncan J. Hubbard officially joined Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace in August 2024 following passage of the July 2024 Florida Bar exam.
Originally from Athens, Georgia, Mr. Hubbard graduated from the University of Florida, summa cum laude, in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. In 2024, Hubbard earned his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time at law school, he served as a board member for the National Sports Legal & Business Society, an active member of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society, and was a contributing author to the first textbook on collegiate name, image, and likeness.
Mr. Hubbard has a background in civil litigation, previously working in first party property and focusing on business disputes. Previously, Mr. Hubbard represented college athletes in name, image, and likeness endeavors, brokering endorsement deals on their behalf. Mr. Hubbard is also a contributing writer for a forum on the legal issues in entertainment and sports.
Mr. Hubbard focuses his practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on defending premise liability suits and negligence matters.
In his spare time, Mr. Hubbard enjoys playing pickleball, golfing, and running.
