Mary Roseth
About
Mary Roseth is an Associate Attorney who focuses her practice on commercial, trust, probate, and guardianship litigation. Mary is originally from Connecticut where she grew up before moving to Florida in 2019. She graduated cum laude from Fordham University in 2021 with her Bachelor of the Arts degree in History. After moving to Florida, she graduated from Stetson University College of Law with her Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, Mary was an active student, participating in Stetson Law Review, Dispute Resolution Board, Child Advocates of Stetson Law, Asian American Law Students’ Association, and Consumer Advocacy Society. Mary also competed on a team in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, placing eighth out of over 300 teams from around the world.
Outside of work, Mary enjoys reading, exploring Tampa Bay, cooking, and baking desserts for her friends and family. Mary is also passionate about child advocacy and has been a guardian ad litem in Pinellas County since 2022.
