Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace Welcomes New Partner Matthew DePasquale
Bleakley Bavol Denman & Grace is pleased to announce that Matthew DePasquale has joined the firm as a partner. Mr. DePasquale brings a decade of experience in the areas of business transactions, commercial and residential real estate transactions, litigation, and contracts to the firm.
Mr. DePasquale served as in-house counsel for Nationwide Title Clearing Inc. and has guided several businesses through significant growth. He continues to counsel many local businesses through his knowledge and navigation of complex business transactions, including class action suits.
Mr. DePasquale is a graduate of Clearwater High School and earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Central Florida and went on to complete his Juris Doctoral degree at Rutgers Law School. He is an active member of the Board of Stageworks Theatre and Philanthropy Chair of the University of Central Florida College of Arts and Humanities, funding an annual grant for UCF’s Theatre Department.
